DH_Min Download (April-2022) Minimum dynamic headroom value. Jungle Dog JDCaps, Jungle Dog JDCapsNecrosomal protein 1 (NEC1) regulates autophagy and is associated with breast cancer progression in human. The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of NEC1 in breast cancer cell lines as well as clinical samples and analyse its relation to the clinicopathological features. The expression of NEC1 was assessed by immunohistochemistry in tissue microarrays and tissue sections. The expression of NEC1 was investigated in breast cancer cell lines as well as normal breast tissue. NEC1 downregulation was accomplished using siRNA. As an indicator of autophagy we examined the expression of Beclin-1, the microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3B (LC3B) and LC3B-associated autophagy protein (LC3B-AP) and at ultrastructural level we examined the formation of autophagosomes and autolysosomes in the transfected cells. NEC1 immunoreactivity was found only in stromal cells and blood vessels of adjacent non-neoplastic breast tissue, whereas in breast cancer cell lines, we found high NEC1 expression in basal and luminal breast cancer cells. We also noted NEC1 expression in connective and smooth muscle cells of blood vessels and in cytoplasm of fibroblasts. Of the cell lines, MCF7 showed the lowest expression of NEC1. The siRNA-mediated NEC1 downregulation impaired the formation of autophagosomes and autolysosomes, which is associated with increased LC3B-II and Beclin-1 expressions. In contrast, overexpression of NEC1 did not have the same effect. These results suggest that NEC1 inhibits autophagy. The higher NEC1 expression in breast cancer cells than in normal breast tissue, and the increased expression in the invasive tumour components, indicate that NEC1 may be implicated in breast cancer progression. This invention relates to a novel indenyl ligand, its racemates, their salts and its catalysts for the production of polyolefins. It is known that indenyl ligands can be used in catalyst systems for polymerizing olefins. For example, see U.S. Pat. No. 3,198,856, U.S. Pat. No. 3,242,099, U.S. Pat.
